Hiromi Tour postponed

For those fans of Hiromi Uehara here (and I know there are a few - look on YouTube for her trio's song "Move" and there will be more!), she has postponed some of her April dates on her US/EU Tour (my tickets were for the 11th in Philadelphia) because she is infanticipating

From the email announcement:

"A Message from Hiromi:

"I am sorry to cause any inconvenience for the upcoming US/EU tour. I love performing more than anything and hate postponing shows. Your support means so much to me and I don't want to disrespect It, but at same time the situation doesn't allow me to fly and perform everyday like I used to and I would like to be at my best to be able to share the special musical moments with my audience. Thank you so much and I really appreciate your understanding."

Just thought I'd share in case anyone else had tickets to see this amazing jazz talent And if you aren't familiar with her work yet, go check her out.

RIP Dee, you turned me on to her all those years ago.

jim
