pikapikapi I thought the double edge was the same on both of these models. correct me if i'm wrong.

pikapikapi I want the cheaper one. I can get the 620x for $400 or the 1620x for $750. whats more worth it?

germX bro i managed to try these out at my dealer's, they are quite similar, only the 1620 has a different neck feel, attributable to the Prestige treatment + it's the thinner Super Wizard (620x= Wizard II neck profile).

also, the 1620 sports the new Edge Pro vibrato. which one do you have in mind?

screamndemon69 i have a 620x and it is extremely nice and sounds awesome! i plan to swap the pups (maybe air norton and evolution) but the versatility of the sounds. i think maybe the resale on a "prestige" might be higher - but i think that's it. someone else might know the specs better.

pikapikapi the 620x also has the piezo.

germX are you referring to the 2620 instead? it's quite clear that the 1620 is piezo equipped...

what are the difference between these two? looks the same to me other than the prestige logo. thanks!
