SF470 pickup selector switch?

I have had a sum total of 0 replies to my last post on installing Carvin pickups in my 470 so I thought I would take another tack? Can anyone provide me with a diagram or clear description of the old SF470 selector switch connections? I need to get the instalation right on my Carvin pickups which have red=hot, black=ground, green/white=tap and shield cables. So far it has driven me nuts. The wiring diagram for the SF470 shows Ibanez pickups with just red, white and shield cables so I am confused - how do these split?

Please help - I know I am not anywhere near as technicaly knowledgable as you guys but have pity on me...........!?
