Ringers makes some nice gloves that have gel in the palms to help reduce vibration. They look cool, like dirt bike or batting gloves. I can get you a set here at the Mine I work at. I think they are like $19.99 or something. I will check into if you are interested. Shipping will be on me if you want to try a pair.

Also, get yourself 2 wrist braces, one for each wrist, and wear them when you sleep. It's awkward at first, but when you wake up, your hands and wrists will feel alot better. Better circulation through the night will help your hands during the day.

HAVS & VWF are the same thing.

I'm Purchasing Manager for a construction company and loads of our guys have got it from years of using jackhammers and stuff.

Its not nice, see a doc

Seriously though,i would get it checked especially if its happening during short term use.Better safe than sorry.

NO!!!!!!!!!! Coz i wouldn't be able to play my vwh with big gloves

Try heavier duty "anti-vibration" gloves.How long was you using it for?Vibration from power tools can cause a condition called "vibration white finger" (vwf for short).Don't know if that would make your whole hand swell though,but it does sound like circulation problems IMO.May be worth just consulting a doc or something rather than risk long term damage.
