I'm using Linux/Ubuntu so that explains the problem.
I did find the wiring diagram that I can post later.
Hands down the BEST guitar I've ever played. JPMM FTW....

Right, the piezo is off when the top switch is down. If your pickup selector is down, then the D-Sonic (bridge) is selected. If you're getting a low or weird signal, then either something is wrong or you need to try a fresh battery. A bad battery can make the guitar sound out of sorts. I don't know where you can find the wiring diagram, but you don't have a push/pull if you have the regular JP model. Only the BFRs come with a push/pull which switches on both humbuckers.

Great guitars!
I appreciate the help but nothing is coming up
after I click on your link for some reason. All I
see is the Music Man logo and that's it.

Re: JPMM piezo system

A few more questions then. Which input is the mono jack when I
flip the guitar face down and look at the back, and why does the
guitar seem to switch volume controls/knobs when the switches
are in different positions? That might sound strange but it happens
on my guitar. Obviously I have never used this type of system before,
and being unable to find a manual on how to operate the system leaves
with plain experimenting which sucks. Have you messed with the bass/mix/
treble settings on the actual guitar before? Do you use a phillips to adjust
the settings? Also, could you please explain what each knob does within
the system.
Thanks for any additional information you can supply me.
