But 229,000GBP is a bit more than $275,000AUD... It'd be like Nigel Tuffnell.. "No, you can't touch it... don't even look at it!" Mind you... if I had half a mil to throw around.....

Re: !!!

Its not a class I belong in. I am addicted to collecting other things, but thankfully not guitars

Re: !!!

That`s how much these go for actually. 59`s are becoming extremly collectible, and people are spending lots of money to get them. Personally i`d rather buy a house with that money, but obviously these types of investment cater to a wealthier class.

Re: !!!

Just imagine the Paypal fee on £229k !!!

No idiot is going to spend that amount of cash on the bay. And as HDS says you'd expect much better pics for a start

Thats Two Hundred and Twenty Nine Thousand Pounds! I might consider it if they considered a free re-spray in day-glo orange though!

Re: !!!

Something doesn't add up. Either they've mistyped the cost or it doesn't work or something.

Also, check the feedback, there's a guy who's £1,099 out of pocket for an item he bought but never arrived and they haven't refunded him!

Saying that, you could bid and get an absolute bargain!
