i want to make my own custom pickguard and i have the tools and materials BUT i need the plans...AutoCAD files to be exact.anyone here knows where i can get my hands on them?

i'm still searching the web,it's probably out there somewhere but if anyone can guide me i'll be grateful.oh and my guitar is a 98's rg550.mij as you can guess.

I don't know how similar/different they are, but I have a dwg of the JEM pickguard. PM me with your email if you want it. :D

Hi
I saw your post about the JEM pickguard dwg file and would like to know if you can send me to confessor.h(at)gmail.com
I think that's the same pickguard as the one I have on my RG550. I'm thinking to cut a new one on my friend's CNC :).
Thanks in Advance

Hugo

I took a closer look at each pickguard. The JEM pickguard is different since the pups and controls are body mounted, not pickguard mounted like the hardware on the 550.

I know there are differences between the RG550 and RG350's but I'm not sure of differences between any other models. I'd imagine even on just MIJ stuff those screw and pot holes moved around over the years. (the old JEMFP1 for example)
