Hello forum. I moved last month and lost the truss rod cover screws for my Prestige 1570. I haven't been able to find screws of the same size anywhere where I live.

I believe they are M2 screws,...

Re: Confused with wiring diagram in RG1570 (upgrading to SD pickups)

Thanks. I wired the red+white wires to where the white wires were for the stock pickups. Everything seems to be working fine. I don't get any hum and they are not out of phase.

Re: What do you consider low action on an electric?

That's insane. But yeah, you can follow the guides and yet you will be able to go that low before uneven frets start being a problem. I just don't know where to take mine and I kind of don't trust my...

That's really really nice. I got a RG1570. I will check that guide out. Now that I know it can be lower, I want it lower.

Re: What do you consider low action on an electric?

I've been doing some setup on my RG and I've been wondering what you guys consider low action in an electric.

I'm currently at 1.5mm on the treble side and 2.9mm on the bass side (measured at the...

Re: Truss Rod adjustment for Drop C tuning?

In Drop C you drop everything a whole step down and the low string to a C (C G C F A D).

Re: Truss Rod adjustment for Drop C tuning?

It's a RG1570. All I know is that setting the bridge for the new tuning is going to be hell.. Thank God it's the ZP system one at least.

Re: I won't be able to play for 4 months, suggestions?

Yeah, that was a concern too. I will indeed miss playing an instrument for so long. But who knows, maybe I buy a guitar there.. there's been a relicing project I've wanted to start for a long time..

I won't be able to play for 4 months, suggestions?

I'm making a trip to another country in December and I can't take my guitar (RG1570) because I'll be most of the time moving around the country. I will leave the guitar at home and make sure my...

Re: Ebow, anyone tried it?

No no. What I meant is that I was holding it above the strings without touching them because I thought that'd give me the smooth sound I was hearing in the videos.

But turns out you let it rub the...

Re: Will this warp the neck?

Re: Advice on getting a second guitar

Lol, I'm checking them out.

EDIT: The LTD is almost twice as much as the RG321 which is kind of out of the budget for what I'm looking (remember I don't want something too pricey). Plus I don't...
