Not really - some people just have the genetics to develop exceptional speed or strength. And reading books doesn't make you smarter.

I think of natural talent as being stronger, faster, or smarter. None of which really matter all that much in guitar playing. Moving your fingers quickly doesn't make you a better guitarist. Being...
