You know, they used to make a 7 string Xiphos, if you really like yours. Check them out. It's called the XPT707. It's just like yours except with a fixed bridge and another string.

You could always snag an old RG770 to get the feel for the 17mm/19mm necks. It's hard to beat the classic Super Wizard if you're looking for thin.

24.75 inch scale length doesn't mean it must have 22 frets ;)
There are PLENTY of shorter scale guitars with 24. And I'm sure some with more!

I'm all for low tuning and extended range but I think some things are just better left undone. You won't get any kind of clarity in A0 on a guitar no matter how long the neck is.

I don't believe so. There may have been a couple but I'd imagine they're in the RG2000 or RG3000 series.

I'm not sure exactly what but its stamped Jackson on the bass side of the base plate and "Made In Germany by Schaller"

Seems like a Jackson branded Schaller FR.

And yes. It has an 81 in the bridge and two SA's. And yes, the wires were cut off at the pickups. But that's not a huge deal. I dislike all of them anyway. I've never had Blackouts...

I personally hated the Loomis neck, but it was definitely a quality guitar.
