Hi ya folks, When i put the Testors enamel paint to swirl it in the container, it dries up fast and creat a glass thin film that breaks apart like glass when you try to swirl it. What could be the problem? Im using 2 tbs of borax per gallon. Water temp is 25 degrees celsius.. Help!
