I just went to my trusty luthier to have my acoustic set up. We saw that the belly bulge at the bridge area is substantially bigger than it used to be and said that my case is irrepairable and the only remedy left for me is to go to a lower gauge string set (11s down to 10s) to prolong the life...
I'm planning to practice at night via my amplifier's headphone out jack. However it doesn't seem to work (my adapter's working fine). I'm using a pair of good ol' in-ear earphones
Or do I need a special set of earphones or headphones to practice?

Any of you who owns a Digitech Drop pedal?
Is the ground loop hum normal when the both the Drop and other distortion pedals are on? I'm thinking of isolating the Drop by powering it with a spare PSU I have to eliminate this.

I was thinking of putting a Dream90 or a Mean 90 on my neck pickup position in my RGR321EX. I was planning to replace the bridge pickup with a Super Distortion as well. My guitar has a 3-way switch, and I was thinking of these switching configs:
Bridge > Bridge + P90 > P90 Neck...
