Bought this a couple of months ago, but have decided that fretless is not for me. Still in the same condition (new) as when i got it. Currently tuned one whole step down D-D. Has a regular 1/4 output as well as a 13 pin jack for synth access. Comes with the Godin gigbag, paperwork, and allen...

So, I had promised myself no more guitars this year. I had purchased several out of need for recording but not really spent a fortune. Not that I'm into spending very much on guitars anyway. Oh but then came along a 7DBK. I played it a couple of weeks ago and tried to convince myself that...

http://www.***************.com/product/Dean-V-Coustic-Thin-Body-Acoustic-Electric-Guitar?sku=512910 I'm no good at playing guitar(s). I have like a Squier and a Jackson, but I want also an acoustic one too (actually 2), and this seem way too cool to skip. Any thoughts about this "axe"? Anyone...

Ive seen some different methods and now i have a non locking type guitar, the method of wrapping the string at the tuner post and securing it is more important... personally i just take the string and wrap it round beneath the hole entrance without putting it through the hole... usually 2 wraps...

Alright, heres the deal. All I've ever played since the late 80's has been Ibanez Wizard necks which always makes transitions between other instruments feel akward. Not only are they thinner than most necks (which may be best for my small hands anyway), but the slight millimeter differences in...

Who was it that finally made you pick up the guitar and never look back? For me it was my dad. I was 8 at a rehersal that my pops brought me to that he was trying out for. Man were they jamming out good tunes. All the Rush, Saga, Halen, Pink Floyd, Jimi and stuff. Until that night I'd never got...

Hi Fellow Jemsiters:) Well, as some of you know, due to recent circumstances, I have a LOT more time on my hands than I used to. So.....I've been practicing more. You know the old, "practice, practice, practice makes perfect thing. Grrrr!!! Now I seem to have fallen into a slump though...

Allright so i have this very old acoustic guitar, i dont play it very much but the strings are at least 1 year old and i decided that its time for a change. I don't know if steel strings are only for acoustics, will it sound okay in a classical guitar. An what strings should i get, D'addario? Oh...

I'd be interested in trading my nearly new Fender Stratosonic DVI. The Stratosonic DVI is a mahogany bodied guitar with five tone chambers making it very light and resonant. It has a short scale neck with abalone dot markers, sculpted heel and a black headstock. The single P90 style pickup has a...

I've found a killer baritone 12-string that I'm thinking of picking up, but I have NO experience with baritone guitars. I'm wondering if anybody has any advice/input in regards to how a baritone would fit into the scheme of things in a band context. The guitar I'm looking at is a Renaissance...

I am browsing the market for a classical guitar. Man, they're boring! They all look the same with their cedar or spuce tops. There is never any inlays and only once in a blue moon a cut-away or piezo pup. There is obvously different levels of craftmanship and attention to detail, but I am...
