i kno you guys have probly anserd this question 100000000000000000000 times but some of my buddies keep saying that the jemm 555 is a fake jem. i was just wondering if it is fake or a reall jem just a ****ty 1...but then again i dont think there r any ****ty jems thanks alot
I've bought a couple of JEM's and am very happy with them. However, I want a good guitar to jam more frequently on. Would a JEM 555 be a good option for this and how much is a good deal on it? Are there better Ibanez options than a JEM 555 in its price range? Someone is offering one to me for $300.

i have a js100 and im not really happy with the trem (not too stable and quite stiff) it a lo-trs II .
i've heard and seen some ppl swpping it for an OFR trem as its a straight swap but is that any better than the ibanez unit i have already . if not , then whats a good trem upgrade...
Does anyone know if this is a possible mod? I have a lower end RG350EX with a lower end trem, the edge III. I want to step it up to an Edge Pro and want to know if it is a do-able change or if I would have to do much routing on the guitar? Any help would be appreciated.
Well this is the real history about a guitar so called "Jem 333" (aka the cheapest). Some time ago (around a year) I bought a guitar so called "Jem Jr." from a local store. The GUY from the store tell me that guitar was "like the real Jem with a little differences" (????). And it was made in...
