Hello, I have an Rg 1527 and i have decided to get rid of those terrible v7 and v8s and put in a tone zone for the bridge and an air norton for the neck Would this be a good choice in pickups? Im sorry if theirs threads already like this one i did a search but not much came up.

I've been meaning to get a neck pickup, but im not sure which one will suit my needs! i'm looking for a Yngwie/Romeo type of tone this is going into my RG550, which currently has a Tone Zone in the bridge Please help :D

I love my JS as much as the next guy, probably more, but I was never overly impressed with the pickups. Yesterday, I replaced the FRED & PAF Pro with Evo's. Holy tone Batman!! Someone needs to tell Joe about this :) It's hard to describe. I think it sounds like a warmer vwh. A highly recommended...
