I have a Jem BFP from about '93 and it came with a warranty card that I never mailed in. It has the serial number for the guitar, the model Jem 77BFP hand-written in ball point pen. It also has Inspected and adjusted by Steve with the name written in ball point pen. Ill try to attach pictures..

My question is... Does anyone have any idea who the Steve could have been? Ive never thought it was Vai, but Ive always been curious.

Just an idear, we in germany have alot of shops wich actually get the guitar from Ibanez for example - do a setup - and give their own warranty card - I saw this relativly often over the years. Maybe its just something like that?

If the card is from Ibanez directly - I guess ''Steve'' is the guy wich checked your guitar before it was sended out. (coudnt watch your pictures here)

*edit* got the pic - seems like the warranty card is from Hoshino, so from Ibanez. So some Steve guy made the setup there.
