I was interested in sending FN my demo, and was wondering what the best way to contact them / get their address...

my best guess is to check the website. They are bound to have a email address or something of that matter.

I'm pretty sure Rich Pike is no longer involved in FN.

As far as I'm aware, FN does not accept demo submissions currently.
