Aftermarket vine inlay

I LOVE the vine inlays on JEMs and som of the J-Customs.

I was wondering if there is anyone in the UK that could do this to my (standard 'dot' inlay) RGA321F SPFB??

It would look great, but only I guess, if the vine leaves superimpose exactly over the original dots?

Advice and recommendations please!
