Jem Veterans.. Please help a NEW Recruit

I live in Finland, the land of overpriced 7's... well actually the land of overpriced everything, it has taken me a very long time to save for my first 7.

Fortunately, a friend of mine is going to Dallas, Texas in the second week of February... which means he can purchase on my behalf and I will dodge international taxes and shipping fees.

Unfortunately, he knows about as much about guitars as I know about guitar shops in Dallas... and I was wondering if any of you could give me a hand!

I want to purchase a 7 string guitar new for about $400. Preferably a 7321 but I'm not worried too much about a particular brand or model... I just want a hard tail.

The problem is, my friend doesn't have too much time to go shopping for my guitar... so I wanted to know if anyone could name a guitar dealer... in dallas... that stocks Hard Tail 7 string guitars (for under $400)

You can get RG7321 from Finland for 400€, 200-300 used, so imo that's not worth looking for from the States. I got my RG7621 for ~400$ from ****, and I can recommend that you go after that one, good guitar for the price.
