All fur coat and no knickers.
And surely no-one approves of real fur coats these days?!?!?!All fur coat and no knickers.
Sense. This makes none. And surely no-one approves of real fur coats these days?!?!?!![]()
Not all of it is bad. Farida make some nice instruments that are China built, for example. It comes down to the quality control.I try my hardest to stay away from the Chinese made stuff.
Well that one went right over your head thenSense. This makes none.
My point is just that a cheap guitar with crappy specs doesn't really get any better for adding a 1mm maple veneer and a price hike.
Well, we won't be going into the politics of it here. At least, not twiceIt has nothing to due with quality for me, it has to do with their human rights and environmental record.
Ahh. The wording seemed to imply you disagreed, but I had no idea what you were getting at if that were the case. Fair enough.Well that one went right over your head then. I was, by analogy, simply agreeing with your point. In that, due to the public consensus that animal fur is bad, no wants the fur coat that you mentioned anyway...
Here we go again.....My point is just that a cheap guitar with crappy specs doesn't really get any better for adding a 1mm maple veneer and a price hike.
Please see the 1st sentence of post #12 of this thread....This chinese crap sucks!
MANY THANKS to you and the other guys who actually tried to answer my question!!!I've played one before and had some decent fun with it. I even got the Mock floyd rose to flutter little! The neck I thought was a little thicker than I prefer, more like a strat or tele neck. I think it's a safe purchase, but I still wouldn't do it just because it's chinese made. HOWEVER, you can buy a USA made mid 90's peavey predator for dirt cheap, below $200
