Seems a little scratchy at low volumes, wondering if it?s entirely enclosed or if I could aim some condensed air somewhere and clean it out? If I can?t, where do I order a replacement?
I wouldn't recommend compressed air, but you can try spraying it with a contact cleaner like DeoxIT D100. You can spray it from the top (after removing the knob) and/or from the rear cavity.
95% of the time a scratchy pot can be cleaned by just working the pot in the scratchy spot back and forth as many times an necessary until it clears. I haven't sprayed contact cleaner in a pot in years.
