I am moving out some gear and don't know how best to liquidate a guitar I have had for quite some time, a RG2570E in 'Vital Gold', 2007. It has ghost shark fin inlays, the finish is textured, edge pro trem. Very little wear in all areas, including frets, original case. I know the gold textured finish is not a super popular one, as it does wear down much faster than any clear coat. Are these collectable at all? The neck is fantastic, and I'm not sure whether to sell the neck, body (with pickups), bridge, and case all separately or sell the complete package. I did very carefully add a poplar block in the trem cavity to make it dive-only. I'm not sure whether to remove it or not. Fully floating trems drive me crazy because one string break at a gig and you're either grabbing another guitar or playing on one string by ear to finish the song, and this was my live backup for awhile but I never used it. I know this is a forum and not ebay, and I hope I'm not offending any moderators, but I don't really know the Ibanez market at all and would just appreciate some comments on the guitar from those in-the-know. Thanks!
