If you look in the credits its some anonymous japenese guy, who is by the way, extrememly good. It must have taken a really long time to develop that.

Is theire a website where i can read about this technics ? It´s really hard to sit with a guitar in front of the monitor and play some examples of this technics and in the same time to press down a key to see what he is doing
