I bought a Jem Jr for my daughter 3 months ago. The hole in the nut for the d and g string pressure pads, has stripped. It’s very soft metal. I called Ibanez customer service and they are sendin a new nut and mounting screws so I can fix it.
No problems. Customer service guy was awesome. My daughter saw my AZES40 and wanted it. So I gave her the AZ and I will fix up the Jem Jr and give it to my son if he wants it. There are a few that I will let him pick from. All good so far.
