There's too much free play. I can actually feel the bottom of the bar (where it goes into the bridge) knock slightly against the chamber when I use it. This is the new push-in (non-click) style on the Edge-Zero II. There's way too much free play. And yup, the plastic insert is in and the torque collar tightened. Anyone else have this issue? Thinking of putting a small winding of tape around the bottom of the bar.

There is definitely some inconsistency in the EZ2 system, if it's the bar or the holder socket, who knows. But I've had new bars that would not fit into a socket, and ones that fit loose. Shielding tape is the best answer if it's that loose.

I wrapped a bit of teflon tape around the end and that seems to help. I shouldn't have to do this on a $2000.00 guitar though.
