For me it's simple...

I'd love to see a 93 7VWH Jem (specs to the tee)

The only difference instead of white would
be the Holoflash silver on the entire body
so on every angle it is viewed from the colors change
in a rainbow spectrum......

That's my dream Jem......

(kinda like this)

id have it painted with the irridescant candy chameleon paint that Sims put on my 550, then id have a binding and triangle decal like on the UV's, id have a maple fretboard with a mother of pearl (or that other similar material, cant remember the name of it) vine inlay, an original edge (obviously), id have an evo in the neck, a dimebucker in the bridge, and im not sure about the middle pup. only ever really use the mid pup for that spangly clean tone anyways.

That's pretty much it. Cool finish, proper electronics route, proper hardware color, proper knob type, perfect pickups, perfect neck profile, the right fretboard, the right fret wire, the only way the pickguard could be better were if it were 100% clear, the headstock looks right. It's right how it should be. Although, NO inlays could be better too.

My dream Jem has been ordered and is currently being built. Of course it's not going to be a real Jem but it's as close as I'll get being a lefty. It's a lefty alder Jem style body (with grip, claw and AANJ). The neck is a slightly-beefier-than-original lefty Wizard profile, maple w/ ebony board and green LEDs. My plan is to have the body and headstock done in a GMC swirl. I haven't completely worked out the details on getting that done yet so it's not a definite but it's what I have in mind. The hardware isn't really decided yet. I'd like to go with Ibanez stuff but due to the difficulty I've found in coming up with a good lefty Edge Pro trem I'll probably end up going with an OFR. It's almost definitely getting Evolutions and an HS2 like my RG1570L.
