Hi, I recently purchased an rg550 genesis and the trem are became loose. I have a 2nd pair of bushings but I’m not sure how to get them on the bar. I didn’t think the instruction manual was helpful. I got lucky and managed to take the old bushings off. How do I put the news on? Do I need any tools? Thanks!!

Since you got the old ones off, installation is essentially the reverse. You need to spread them apart just enough to get them started in the groove, then kinda wiggle & push. Once they're on, it might be a little tight getting the arm back in the socket, just wiggle & push gently there too. It's good if it's a tight fit that's how it's supposed to be.

How do spread them apart? With my hands or something else? I'm finding this very difficult .

It just takes a bit of fiddling with them. Just get them lined up with where they're supposed to go and start pushing until it snaps on, then go to the next one. I find it pretty difficult every time, but most importantly, I succeed every time too.
