Ooooh, that's interesting....
Considering the extra work to make this $65 is pretty fair. If FU-Tone make one to properly fit the bridges like this one I see them selling theirs for at least as much, probably more.I hope the fit the 7 string bridges. I've been waiting for FU-Tone to do one. They say they'll have one this summer. $65 is a bit steep though.
Link us to your blog! It's easy as. Get the saddles out of the way and unscrew the existing block and put the new one on. Plenty of info out there on what these blocks to for your tone. I've reviewed a bunch on my blog, and even done an install write up too. Easy as.
It increases sustain, attack and treble.I have 2 RG with EZ bridges...but I don't really get what is would do with this? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I don't know how to install something like this? this just replaces the existing block to add volume and sustain? Is it easy to do?
Has anone tried one of these brass block upgrades? Are they really worth it? Maybe someone can try one out and post a review...
I think you are missing one big part, they really thicken and warm up the tone over the stock pot metal blocks Ibanez use.It increases sustain, attack and treble.
I'm about to order another one for a 7VWH.
