Flat neck guitars

Hello!

How many of you have had the opportunity to play guitars with almost flat neck as well as those with common 9" to 14" neck radius? I have a custom made guitar with 20" neck, thats almost flat. I wonder should I be happy or not? I play very much everything. From chords to speed licks (as fast as I am capable of :) ). I guess its not really comfortable to play, i cant get it anywhere near position like Jimmy Page or Slash wear their guitars. Not that I want that but...
I played maybe 5 minutes on rounder neck guitars, so I cant say.
I got used to my guitar.
But I would like to hear from you who tried both. What is the advantage and what is negative aspect of flat neck guitar?

Thanks for your opinions!

I quite like guitars with flat, or near flat necks, but it really just boils down to personal taste. My opinion is, if it feels good, it is good.

My EBMM EVH replica has a compound neck with a radius from 10" to 13.25" and I freaking love it. It's the nicest neck I've played and with the tung oil  looks so sweet that birdseye maple ;).

Regards
