Ibanez EP-7 Euphoria (Resonant Forest Green Finish)

I purchased this brand new on 10-7-2005. It is still in new condition with unfilled warranty card and all case candy included, except I don't have a case for it! I will double box for shipping.
I did order an EP50C case (the new Ibanez case for the EP-7) but it is apparently on backorder or hasn't been created yet. I had a local luthier add a second strap pin on the heel, as seen in the pics. I'll also include a new Levy's green Hootenanny strap, two packs of strings and a 2005 Ibanez Collector's Catalog.

$825 plus shipping to 48 states only.

I think the first 1000 were signed by steve vai.. someone might be able to clear this up for me..

It is indeed number 45 and you can see Steve's autograph in the picture as well. I have no idea how many he signed.
I'm not interested in shipping overseas without a case. And, I've toured my local stores trying to find a case to fit it. A few cases did work, but there was still movement of the guitar in the case. And, I've heard the AEL50C case is too tight.
