Hey musicians! Im looking to trade my custom shop WDK for a jem. i should probably start off by saying my guitar is UNREAL! And that i paid $4500 US for it. Frank Gambale played it at NAMM and said it was a great guitar. it was all hand made in Yorba Linda CA bt WDK guitars.. its a chamberd body, "you cant tell it is, other then the weight which is about 4 lbs or less, and the tone and sustain is WAY better then a les pauls"... its got a book matched 10 top, i beleve the body and neck are mahogany, ebony fingerboard, UNREAL inlay!! if you had this guitar made by PRS is would cost you around $14,000!!!! this guitar is ONE OF A KIND. and also there is no heel like a prs, the neck is hand sanded with the body. please note- there are no electronic cavities on the back of this guitar, = much more work put into it, and better tone. also look how the pick-ups are mounted. btw the pick-ups are Gibson burst buckers. I love this guitar but i want another Jem! just ether post pics of what you are willing to trade if you are interested, or send pics and info to me @ [email protected] if you guys have any questions at all please feel free to ask! oh yes and heres a link to WDK guitars- www.wdkguitars.net
also, Ed roman carries these guitars, cheack his site out for "wk guitars". and heres pics on my guitar- http://www.wdkguitars.net/inventory/sbdw2.jpg

just curious.. if there's no back control cover for the electronics or access to the pickups. how do you fix them if something goes wrong??

my guess would be.. take out the pickups, and then fix.. i would assume that you can access the electronics through the pickup cavity's

My question is how do you remove the pots when they go bad, wear out, or get scratchy. I bet it does look very streamline on the back though. Those inlays are gorgeous btw...

yup! it takes some extra time, but it really helps the tone of the guitar! especially since its a chamberd body. ;) the guitar is new, i dont think anyone is gonna be going inside there any time soon.
