I have a Godin SD with HSS and the humbucker has 4 mounting screws going into the pickup, two on each side, (which the one isntalled has the matching four holes). I am trying to mount my new seymour duncan dimebucker pickup but it only has 2 holes, one on each side, that are centered so it does not line up with the holes in my pickguard.

How am I supposed to install it?

If you are good with metal fabrication you could attach a tab of aluminum or steel to the PU mounting holes that will extend out to mount onto the pickup screw holes. I see you having to rivet the tab onto the pickup though and that isn't something most people have tools to be able to do.

Another option may be to mount the pickups directly to the body.
Yeah this was suggested over at harmony central as well. I beleive this is what I will try doing tonight. Trick is going to get it lined up correctly. Will lose adjustment capability tho...
