Looks like the '91 flagship, the SR1500, except for the pickups,
which are IBZ/USAs in my case. Now I'll only have to learn how
to play that damn thing! I'll keep you updated when I get it.

Those rock. I had a SR1000 (purple, like that page), but sold it & got an SR800 for reduced weight. Both are excellent basses.

Just got it and all I can say is:

I'm not worthy!
This is one of the best things that ever happened to me. Imagine a bass with a radius body, flawless in all aspects. The neck is perfect. And I can get a HUGE variety (sp?) of sounds with it.
