Pretty much any JC will give you those specs and pre-2003/04 for edge/lo-pro. Several runs with those bridges throughout the years as well. Take a look on the ibanez wiki for a list of JC models by date.
I've had a few JCs and 3120s. The 3120s are very comparable for quality, playability and sound. Especially comparing to the older JCs that had identical specs (offset dots, same pups/woods, etc.); they were essentially identical except had the "Prestige" logo (US market?) rather than "J Custom" (Japan market?). Perhaps the biggest difference was the neck profile - 3120s had a thinner wizard profile while a lot of those older JCs had the chunkier ultra profile... all preference to the player.
The biggest difference to newer JCs is aesthetics (ie tree of life inlay) and attention to detail... things like ball end frets, matching headstock, flamed maple neck binding, etc.
