hmmm... this is cliche but how abt a Metallica Medley played double time? :)
satch boogie. extend the solo section a bit and throw in some REALLY over the top licks. everyone loves the groove in that song. can't fail with that one
For sure, Bad Horsie. They'll think that you're some mad nut with the way you'll use your bridge. ;)

+1

Make sure to include that 'thunder' effect at the end. :D
If you really wanna get people to listen then do "The Audience is Listening" ;).

Hahaha like the way you do it ...
i'm a senior this year, i was thinking about "the audience" or satch boogie but i have no band, all of the other kids at this school who play drums, bass, ect. all want to play some ****ty punk/metal bastard music, i was thinking about riveara paradise by srv, but if i did the audience i would have to get a teacher to play the part, that would be freakin sweet

Eric Johnson's Cliffs Of Dover. I get good responses no matter where I am when I play that. :)

thats a great tune. not sure if it would really grab everyone's attention though. kinda laid back. but if you dig that stuff, you should try your hand(s) at some Joe Pass chord melody. that'd be killer
Stanley Jordan's flying home or Eleanor Rigby..... both beyond tricky!
I played For the Love of God a few years ago when i was in year 11, a lot of people liked it! I even had an oldish man (must have been 70) walk up when i was packing up my pedals, i thought he was going to say something like 'Can't you play anything by the Beatles??' or something but intead he said 'Now i don't usually listen to that sort of music, but that was bloody great!' lmao :D So that was a nice suprise.

If you get the backing track for it and have a decent PA and pull it off then it'll have everyone's hair on end ;)
You could do an electric adaption of spanish fly, and kick it off into something more original. Spanish fly translates well to the electric.
FTLOG!!! Seriously, when I get an RG with a good trem, it's going to be my main focus to nail that piece. Insert some tongue harmonics on G-string and the chicks will love you :D
i need to find fthlog backing cause the school has the pa to pull it off, and the tounge thing would just kick ass

I'm in Year 11 and I'm playing that very song at a school concert on Wednesday. Fingers crossed it'll go well, I'm more concerned about getting the emotions of that song across in my playing than anything else.
