what are you trying to fix?
I'll second that ... I'm using gio too
The scratch?

Dont worry about it, man. :) Its more expensive than its worth to fix it.

If it REALLY bothers you, just fill it in with Sharpie and your good to go.
But it bothers me, any replies to how to fix it or how much it would cost?
It'd probably cost you more than the guitar is worth. I would think it a better economical decision to simply upgrade guitars. The Ibanez GIO is a great starter guitar but maybe it's time to move up to the regular series Ibanez guitars. The necks are a lot more comfortable and the INFINITY pickups own those crappy powersound pickups.

+1

i second that

i started out on a gio too, but after a while its time to move up to the standard ibanez series. i still have my gio and i keep it around more as a momento than anything (tons of sentimetnal value, just like my acoustic) and the INF pickups are pretty good intermediate pups. i think they're getting standard now. i can personally recomend the rg350 - great guitar for the money, and if you dont mind doing upgrades, it'll last a while. just dont expect to sound like vai with it ;)
