Okay from what I have heard "Swirling" a guitar is a somewhat easy process. It doesn't look like it though. I want to do this as a project to try on a RG model. How exactly do you do it? What kind of paint do I use? What is the process? Please any information would help a lot.

Thanks
Ric

Just take it to a pro.

Ditto on that:).

From what i've understood swirling is FAR from easy.
I think to get a half-decent result you have to practice lots first.

Tubarao's are great but then I think he's practiced quite a bit;).

darren of ATD will do it for u.
Yep, just not right now. I phoned him yesterday evening and he said it will probably be around 4 months before he can accept any new work. It's awesome that people like his work that much but kinda sucks for getting anything done. My custom plans were going so smoothly up to that point.

man that blue is pretty damn sweet maybe i'll skip my swirl green project and try to do a blue (don't mean to copy you though). It looks like a frothy ocean or something, that inlays match really well too.
