Last year I sold my guitars and bought an onyx PIA and a sky blue JS2410.

I have nothing against the JS - my first "real" guitar was a JS1 many years ago - but the PIA is where it's at. Depending on the price tag of whatever's coming, the JS may need to find a new home.

If it's a DY Pia I'm canceling my order for the Powder Blue. The 35th would/will be out of my price range.

I'm hopeful this announcement happens shortly so I can decide whether to get an order in for a Powder Blue or whatever this is. I've pretty much decided that either way, I'm switching out that JS2410 for another PIA. Playing my onyx PIA this morning, I just far prefer the sound of the PIA. Those pickups are magical.

Well, while we wait to see, I've placed a deposit on a blue powder PIA. The shop had it listed for end of Feb, but after making the payment they wrote to let me know that their suppliers have now said end of March. That's fine with me, and I'd have been shocked if it wasn't delayed.

I'm expecting a rather pricy 35th swirl as the announcement anyway, and £3200 is already a bit outside my comfort zone...

What shop did you order from? Based on the currency I'm guessing UK? I have one on reserve as well at Sweetwater and got an estimated Apr date. Hopefully, we can all get them very, very soon!🤘

PM sent. Yes, UK. I’m seeing an end of March date from a couple of shops here now - seems to be what their suppliers must be suggesting. I don’t think the shops really know.

My black one arrived in November last year, and it was made in June - so I'm going to assume that if they think they're delivering in March, surely they're in production now.

Andertons in the UK showed one as "in stock" for a very short time yesterday, but I suppose it may have been a web site glitch...

So, I googled this "guitaryouready" and ended up on their Facebook - all their posts for the past few days, for any manufacturer, have "A mega announcement!" in the body of the message.

It's on posts about PRS, Suhr, Fender, Ibanez... Definitely not Ibanez/PIA specific.
