well I will soon buy a new guitar and I don't know which one...

I'm hesitating between a JEM 555 and a RG 2550 with a Steve's Special and Air Norton.The tone that I like is Petrucci's tone

I'm don't know if can have this one with Evo ?

does the single pickup on the RG change if I kit it with the Steve's Special and Air Norton ?

avoid the jem555 unless you plan to switch the trem out your better off with 2550

No contest here, go for the RG. I recommend that you do a search on the forums for the Jem 555 and you learn all the reasons why the RG is the better option.

2550 all the way. One of the best RG's out there.

There's no comparison between the JEM555 and the RG2550. The JEM55 is just a lower end RG that they threw a monkey grip and EVOs into while the RG2550 is one of the highest end RGs.....right under the J Customs which you can only get from Japan.
