Hello guys:
I have the chance to buy a 2006 Jem 7V WH in a music store, which has good reputation (they even sell new ones), haven't gone to see it yet, just want to inform myself more before I go.

I have some questions:
Is the hardshell for the 2006 model a team JC? or just a hardshell?
where can I find pictures of the 2006 model?
How does the serial have to look like and the back of the headstck (like Team J Craft or not)?Brand of the machine heads?
what else to verify in a 2006 model?
what has to be included in the case? how many allen keys and other wrenches?

Thank you for your help, I might become a new owner of a Jem!

the serial should start look something like "F06XXXXX" i think. the "06" should represent if it was made in 2006 and the F represents it was made in the fujigen plant in japan.

you can find pictures of a 2006 model on the ibanez website, as far as i know, the models have stayed the same since then (unless in 2006 they had ebony fretboards, i'm not in the know very much with jems).

if it is a 2006 model, the serial and the bridge will tell you. the bridge will be an ibanez edge pro as opposed to an ibanez lo-pro.

the case should be a moulded RG shaped team j-craft case i think?

Thank you Homebake and Dennisredline for your input.

I still don't know how many allen keys and other wrenches are supposed to come with it? Anybody could enlighten me about this?

Thank you,

Dr
