I'm wondering what this guitar is, which is in the booklet/poster for the Passion and Warfare CD, and on the record sleeve (as shown). Is this guitar available for purchase?

That's a UV7PWH. They haven't been made since the early 90s. They do come up for sale on sites like reverb and ebay from time to time in varying conditions.
There was also a Premium "reissue" released a few years ago that doesn't have the original neck joint and isn't Japanese made like the originals.
