I second that BigBazz, that thing is amazing and fairly priced. Not sure what the trem stud inserts are for the EZii or the EZ. If it's the same as an edge or lo pro... Then you can just screw the trem posts right in for the gotoh. They use the same thread size and pitch. Plus they have locking set screws just like the oringal edge and lo pro.

Well apparently if you have a 2016 White Jem Jr the original Floyd rose does not fit perfectly. At least on mine it doesn’t. It’s too close to the body. I can still dive bomb but I can only pull up a little over a half step and then the block and bar are hitting the wood. These are the original bridge posts too.

Oh damn! Most people I see replacing the trem use the gotoh ge1996t. Seems to be a drop in replacement 100% of the time. Sorry to see you're having issues. You could always return it... Or easily sell it. The gotoh is much cheaper than a Floyd rose... The German ones anways... But You can pick the gotoh up for under $150 in chrome most of the time.

What trem was on it originally?

Yeah I think I’m going to get a gotoh instead. Sucks I found out the hard way. Should’ve realized it as I was assembling it. I’ll definitely be able to sell this one no problem though. The previous bridge was the just the original double locking Ibanez tremolo. It was cosmo black which I do like but they seems to fade super quick. This is my pink Jem that I bought new a few months ago and you can already see my palm print has discolored it. Ridiculous. Anyone know if this happens with all cosmo black finishes or just on the Ibanez double locking trems?

I've given up on cosmo finishes because of the rapid wear. I put a cosmo Gotoh GE1996t on a new build and within a week or two my palm was discoloring the finish. That bridge is great, through. With chrome ones, I've used them for years with no detectable wear at all, just like an OFR in chrome.
