So I purchased a js1000 body from eBay to custom paint, my intentions were to sell after. But now I want to keep it!! My question is getting the right bridge to fit, the only kind of marking to determine the year of the guitar is on the neck cavity, js1000-5, does that mean it's a 2005? I know it's usually would be on the neck plate, but I don't have the original.. so I guess I am asking if I need the edge pro bridge or would and edge III fit? Than

It means it's the 5th version of the body. The only way to tell a date is by the serial number on the headstock which you don't have. The only thing that matter is which trem it takes and what width neck heel it takes.
