Hi, all.

The 20mm neck depth at the 1st fret translates to .78", which is pretty thin and comfy. A seller that I've been chatting with relayed his measures around .83" at the same location. This is pretty significant as far as neck carves go - is this the true depth across this line or just an anomaly?

My old js24p seemed to be thicker as well... As we talked about on another thread... I never thought to get out the caliper and measure back when I owned it. Though .05" It's some where in the neighborhood of 1/8 inches. While fairly significant... I can't say it would be a deal breaker. Maybe it's not just the Indo JS guitars that have a thicker carve nowadays?

The difference between 0.78 and 0.83 translates to a difference of 1.27mm or exactly 1/20 of an inch.

If you’re super sensitive to neck thicknesses it might be worth considering, but I’d be happy with either
