I am trying to figure out how DEEP the Ibanez Lion's Claw route is. Looking at the blueprint I see a note "D=16" over the Lion's Claw route.

I assume that that means "Depth equals 16mm". Am I correct?

If not , how deep is the route?

16mm at the deepest route. it's 12mm to the side plateau which is also the top spikes between the "claws". Each circular "claw" route is 4mm deeper thus 16mm in the 6 "claw" areas

My neck-thru Stagemasters with FR bridges, the rear route is only 8mm deep. I'm going to re-route them down a bit. Floyd Rose blueprints show 15.24mm depth of the rear portion so I will route them down to 16mm. What's 0.76mm amongst friends ?
