Hey there all,
Have been seeing over the past two months, about 3 different LGN777 models on the yahoo auction site here in Japan where I live. Ebay is not popular here at all, so yahoo is the go to site here.

I was surprised to see 3 different ones up for auction about 2 weeks ago (this week just the one that is up in the link above). The price looks kinda steep, at about 5000 dollars.

Did many of those LNG777's make it over to Asia much?
I am wondering how skeptical to be, with China being right next door... The Japanese are very reliable and honest people for the most part, but does sound kind of fishy to have so many recently.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like people are trying to cash in before the 30th anniversary reissues come out / become official news. I'm pretty sure that will affect the value on some level. There is one pink one in Reverb too.

I am little skeptical about the Japan one that is up, because there are two different JAPAN based auctions for the same guitar (#468 ) with the same pictures.

But, as for cashing in. It's nice to see a reissued LNG (if that happens) but the original are a piece of history that I don't believe will drop in value.
