thanks for locating this guitar for me,as it seems that im anxious to find the jem... i use to have one in 2000 but it was stolen and never recovered now my son is learning quickly i told him id buy the guitar he wanted and he chooose the guitar that he remembers, it seems that they are hard to find but i will find one for him its just a quincidence that this guitar was my favorite and as i might ad he picked it over my gibson les paul custom sg 1960 model,, by the time i purcchase thi from you and costs for shipping it would be over 2200$ as bad as we want it i m going to try to find one a littlecheaper ,,,id go for 1800 everything included just to surprise him..again,,, thanks if youcan do this send me an e-mail and id be glad to purchase it

Just FYI - for $ 2,200 that thing better be NEW MINT. You should be able to find a BFP easy for $ 1,800. I just picked one up for $ 1,500 a couple months ago, had it shipped from Taiwan. Is is DEAD MINT. Just look around a little more and use caution and common sense.

thanks jemsite.com and all members for the replys and confidece thats youve given me when i herd of this site it just made me really aware of all the ibanez jem fans and the real value of the jem guitars, soon maybe someone will find one for me one or ill get lucky and catch the right oppertunity, remember if you run across a jem for sale i dont mind at all to pay anyone for the time taken to just having fun helping members and guests out, thats what a club, membership,or friend of whom you may never get to meet, just the realization of the smile or feelings you might bring to someone with just an ad that says wtb???? ??? again thanks and keep your eyes open as ill visit everyday to see the meaning of being a member, helping a member,and by far but not the least returning a favor to a member

Serious, as you already know I'm a litlle bit "bored" these days, so nothing better than help Bob to find this guitar for his kid.
I did it for my FP (trying to find her in Europe for 1 year) so I know "where" to look.
