Do you have any interest in taking "correspondence lessons"? Or would you rather they be "face to face". The reason I ask is because I'd recommend Tom Hess. He's based in Illinois.
I studied with Tom for around 6 to 8 months via correspondence. As you can see by my "location" I'm in NYC. You may or may not know who Tom is, he's currently in two bands. One is his own band HESS, and he also plays for Holyhell alongside Joe Stump.
Here is his site www.tomhess.net (BTW, Admins/Mods, if I'm not allowed to post his address please delete.) He has an "evaluation form", and FAQ's regarding correspondence lessons if you think you might be interested.
