Thinking about getting one for my new strat. Are they good? Anyone use one? I'm also planning on getting the preamp too which make the bridge active, never liked the idea of removing the pickguard to replace the battery but i guess i'll get over it. Just wanted to know if they were any good, it'd be replacing a vintage style strat bridge.

I didn't like the one they made for the RG as well as the one on my parker nitefly. Overall it wasn't bad, just blown out of the water by the parker. IMHO. YMMV

did you use the active ctrl-x pre-amp? cuz i'm thinkin about getting one of those too
