Of course they are in Japanese, but you can poke around and find an email address. They both have English speakers that answer emails.
I didn't find the exact model on these sites, but the stores most likely to stock Ibanez J-Customs in Tokyo are Ishibashi and Ikebe. I have visted both stores and they are very service oriented. They won't rip you off. Ishibashi knows how to deal with international shipments to the US. Just be prepared to spend $140 in shipping and $60 in customs charges to get the guitar over.
Since this guitar lists for 180,000 yen, it probably sells for about 142,000 or about $1162 US. You'll find that most Japanese guitar stores discount the guitars to the same price and will budge very little on this "best price". In addition, you'll probably have to pay via bank wire transfer. The wire transfer fees are typically $30-40 to send from your bank. The store will probably get charged a similar fee from their bank to receive payment and the store may tag this on to your final price.
So... add it all up and this guitar and worst case this JC will cost you about $1560 total to get it to your door. Sounds like a great deal for a such a cool guitar.
